Climate Change BS- So easy a caveman can do it
The head if the International Climate Change Panel is a railroad engineer with absolutely no experience in climate science named Rajendra Pachauri. He has used his position on top of the Global Warming message machine in the same way as Al Gore, to get rich. He has so many conflicts of interest where his fear-mongering have helped his own organizations. Now he has been so shameless that even the UN has to pay attention.
The latest disclosure: Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the UN’s (formerly) prestigious Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (known as the IPCC), may have raised millions of dollars for his New Delhi institute on the basis of the totally bogus ‘glaciergate’ claim by the IPCC that the Himalayan glaciers would melt by 2035.
According the the London Times, Pachauri’s institute got money from the European Union and the US-based Carnegie Corporation to investigate a prediction that never had any scientific backing whatever, and one which all serious glacier scientists instantly recognized as impossible. The bogus claim was frequently repeated in the fundraising efforts — and reiterated as recently as January 15 when the IPCC was already under intense pressure to admit it had blundered.
The whole global warming industry including all the academics who rely on grants from people they freak out has totally overstepped it’s bounds and now faces a huge credibility gap. In this case the IPCC scientists knew the glacier data hadn’t been confirmed or subjected to any real scrutiny, but it fit their narrative. Good, because they have gone completely overboard and we need to stop their plans to destroy the most powerful economies on the planet and steal their wealth to give away to the least efficient ones. Nice bit of socialism there people, but no thanks. Yep Climate Change hysteria, so easy a caveman can do it.

Ya gotta love the gall of a former VP, who lobbies to funnell $500 million of OUR tax dollars –of STIMULUS money—while we are in a depression, to go OVERSEAS, to a PRIVATE company — that he is a INVESTOR and controlling member of —that employee’s non-US citizens to make “Green” (electric) cars!
Pure theft….and he “paints” himself and his actions as altruistic and “green”.

Any competent engineer should have been able to spot the error about the glacier claim. Indeed, a normal engineer would almost by reflex run a quick calculation comparing the estimated mass of a glacier with the potential melting rates. Any engineer would know that very big masses of ice takes a very long time to melt. That’s how the Romans enjoyed ice cream in the summer, and why my grandparents, lacking electricity, still had an “ice box” in Texas.
You will never work at the UN Ma’am. That kind of thinking gets in the way of a global nanny state.

Caveman indeedy Uncle J. Maybe Mr Pachauri’s time would be better spent on studying about the sudden “climate change” that could be brought about by one of the Paki radical groups touching off one of their radioactive roman candles when they decide it’s time to user in the apocalypse creating nuclear winter in the region. This would be more beneficial than trying to make a fast buck by teaming up with Mr Pseudo Science (Al Gore).
